I attended school in the bay area and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Designing and calculation were my passion. Upon graduation, jobs were scarce and few with very limited salary. This was at a time when there were 18% interest rates. With the help of my brother, we went after a newly formed franchise operation and ended up owning 6 of those units, which were in operation for 14 years. This gave me the experience to deal with venders, negotiating contracts and leases, marketing and promoting our product, and the most important, dealing with clients and customers and knowing their desires and needs were always first. Together we had over 150 employees. Training all the management teams helped sharpen my management skills. We ran a profitable and first class operation by working long hours every day, 6 sometimes 7 days a week. The Profits were all invested in Real Estate and that’s where my Real Estate bug began.

In the early 90's after the successful departure from the restaurant business, I started looking into the professional field of Insurance and Real Estate. By 1997, Real Estate had a different outlook and I became seriously interested in what was my first interest all along. I started with a mortgage company and a year later I became interested in appraisals and became a licensed appraiser. I eventually made it into the Real Estate Business, which seems to be the right fit. I have been a licensed broker and have a team of professionals waiting to serve you. I am happily married and a proud father of one daughter. I am also very involved with my community with the Rotary Club and Fair Oaks Soccer Club.
